Job Description


Responsible for C&A treasury activities as delegated by supervisor. To ensure accuracy and completeness of work with attention to detail, while at the same time maintaining productivity. Contributing to the organization by delivering such high-quality service to support the growth of the Company.

1) Principle honesty and credibility;

2) Preparing paperwork and documentation for authorization of company payments;

3) Maintain all required sub-ledgers;

4) Reconcile bank accounts;

5) Prepare working papers and documentation for Accounting for month end close;

6) Develop good working relationships with government and banking officials;

7) Liaise with clients friendly, efficiently, principled;

8) Communicate with team members and cooperate with other colleagues accordingly;

9) Other tasks as assigned by supervisor;

Skills & Experience

1. Basic treasury skills with an eye for detail and accuracy;

2. Reasonable computer literacy with a medium level of understanding of Microsoft products;

3. Basic level of understanding of accounting software programs (ie KingDee or similar);

4. Basic understanding of banking and foreign exchange procedures.

5. Can speak and read Chinese.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Validate purchase order/T&E and monitor golden tax system in order to ensure they are in compliance local accounting policy;

2. Maintain full set of general ledger, prepare periodic statutory accounts, maintain daily accounting/treasury/tax functions on behalf of the clients;
3. Conduct compliance reporting package and tax filing for WFOE in accordance with PRC GAAP and Tax Regulation;

4. Drive good working relationship with client and provide active response to client’s requirements;

5. Assist to implement and optimize the working procedures to fulfill the daily operating requirements;
6. Other ad-hoc issues in relation to the assignment by line manager
Key Requirements
1.        College in Finance or Accounting major, above 2-3 years of accounting experience in WFOE or international accounting firm
2.        Good knowledge in PRC GAAP, Tax Regulation, Bank Treasury and IFRS/US GAAP
3.        Proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)

4.        Independent, well-organized, self-motivation and self-discipline

5.        A diligent and honest team player with positive communication skills
6.        Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
7.        Good spoken and written in English

8. Proficiency in accounting software. (U8 and Kingdee)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. The candidate shall be requested to cooperate with the professionals of the firm, both Chinese and foreigners, handling with the daily legal and administrative issues including but not limited to drafting and reviewing of contracts, self-management of incorporation, liquidation and other company - related procedures, consultancy concerning PRC company, labor, tax and intellectual property law.

Furthermore, the candidate shall be requested to liaise with the colleagues Certified Public Accountants for any tax and accounting related issue.

2. Translating, Revising, Amending and Drafting any type of Legal Documents;

3. Drafting, amending and collecting documents and following up with the companies’ incorporations and liquidation procedures concerning Foreign Invested Enterprises, Joint Ventures and Representative Offices;

4. Cooperate with authorities, agents, clients and colleagues to deal with various issues.



1. Bachelor degree or above.

Major in Law with Solid legal professional knowledge; familiar with Labor Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Sino Foreign / Cooperative Joint Ventures and Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises Law, Intellectual Property Law, Tax law.

Studies or working experience / exchange abroad are strongly appreciated.

Having passed the National Judicial Examination is not essential but strongly appreciated.

2. Excellent command of written and oral legal English and capability to use English as working language.

3. At least 1 year working experience gained in a foreign law firm / consulting company or domestic law firm dealing with overseas clients; previous experience in incorporation, liquidation of foreign invested entities, Joint Ventures, equity transfers and related procedures is a must.

4. With agile, clear, careful thought and good language and written expression ability; capability to work under pressure.

5. Good communication skills, committed to achieving goals, team cooperation ability and initiative to work, problem solving attitude.

Junior Tax Consultant (Chinese)

Job Description

Job Responsabilities

1.  Supporting tax manager for accounting and reporting activities; review and approve tax returns, reports, and transfer pricing documentation in order to ensure compliance with Corporate policies and PRC tax regulations;

2.  Deal with complex and challenging areas including advice in relation to deal value tax impacts, share purchase agreements, financing arrangements, convertible instruments, tax rollovers, tax treaties, earn-out and deferred consideration arrangements, profit repatriation, transfer pricing, etc.;

3.  Be a primary point of contact for global projects and transactions, and collaborate with C&A professionals globally (including legal affairs, corporate finance and audit teams);



1.  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; any other European language will be a strong plus;

2.  At least 1-2 years working experience in Tax department;

3.  Bachelor or Master in Tax or International Tax;

4.  Excellent knowledge of Chinese GAAP and IFRS;

5.  Previous experience in transfer pricing issues and Customs assessments will be a strong plus;

7.  Previous experience with Big 4 Tax department is preferred.
