Mary SHEN

Mary is currently committed to legal services in international investment, cross-border trade, IP protection, corporate set-up, governance, and finance in China. She has practiced in law firms specializing in multinational corporate affairs, competition and antitrust law, and international data compliance. She also served as legal counsel for the Asia-Pacific region at a US-funded company, and has respectively worked in Portugal and France. Mary obtained her LLB at East China University of Political Science and Law, LLM at the University of Edinburgh, and BA in English at Shanghai International Studies University.
